This is a gentle cleansing gel that not only gives you the deep cleansing you need, but also adds moisture and strengthens your skin barrier. Snail Mucin Extract

First of all, let's talk about what makes this product unique - yes, snail slime. We assume that many of you may be familiar with the ingredient by now. Snail slime has become one of the most acclaimed ingredients in skincare and has taken the beauty world by storm. It is rich in natural hyaluronic acid and soothing panthenol and collagen. Snail secretion has been used as a wound healer for hundreds of years, so it is perfect for acne-prone or sensitive skin. Snail secretion is soothing, reduces redness, moisturizes, softens and gives a real glow boost!

With 10,000 ppm (parts per million) of snail mucin filtrate, COSRX Advanced Snail Mucin Gel Cleanser provides a deep cleanse that reaches into the deepest pores. This helps remove impurities while protecting the skin from moisture loss and dehydration.

Emulsify your cleanser properly! Many people make the mistake of not emulsifying their cleanser before applying it to their face with water-based cleansers. Do this for a more effective and gentle cleanser:

• Moisturize your face.
• Emulsify a pea-sized amount of the cleansing gel between your palms for about 20 seconds until a white "batter"-like consistency forms.
• Massage the foam into damp skin from forehead to temples, from nose outwards towards cheekbones and from chin outwards towards jawbones. Don't forget your neck and/or décolleté!
• The more water you add and "foam/bubble" the cleanser, the gentler it will be, so adjust according to your skin type!
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water!
