Returns
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You have 14 days from the date you receive the products to return them. During that time, you can return the skincare products and get your money back. Always contact GLOWiD's customer service before returning at info@glowid.se and we will send you a return slip to print. You can return the products in the same package they came in as long as the package is intact.
For returns with Budbee, you can easily register your return yourself via the Budbee app.
1. click on the 'Book return pickup' button
2. pack the products safely, make sure that all products are in their original packaging and that all products are unused and unbroken. You don't need to print a shipping label, Budbee will do that for you.
3. book a time that suits you for collection. Choose whether you want them to pick up your package at your doorstep or whether you want to hand your return directly to the driver when they arrive at your home.
4. you will then receive notifications in the app or text messages that keep you updated on your return.You can always follow the driver in real time on their tracking map.
The products must be unopened and not spoiled or damaged, including the packaging. If the products are damaged or used, you will not get a refund. The skin and hair care products must be in their original packaging, which must be undamaged.
Gift with purchase. If you receive a gift with your purchase, this product must also be returned.
In the unlikely event that the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund of your order.
Please note that only one gift/purchase is ever valid.

Orders: IP address, Email, Person/organization number, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Address, Postcode, City, Phone number.
As a customer, you can request the extraction, modification or deletion of this data at any time.
