Sweden
We deliver the products with Postnord, Budbee or Instabox within Sweden. Free shipping options are offered over 299 SEK.

Finland and Denmark
To Finland and Denmark we deliver with Postnord or Budbee. We offer free shipping option over 29 EURO.

Norway
To Norway we deliver our packages with Bring/Posten Norge. We offer free shipping over 399 NOK.


Postnord (Ombud)

Your purchase is normally packed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders are normally sent on the following weekday. Normal delivery time is 2-5 days. The package can be picked up at the nearest delivery point. Smaller packages such as sheet masks are sent in padded envelopes and can go directly to your mailbox.

If you enter your mobile phone number at checkout, you will receive an SMS notification when your package has arrived at the delivery point.

Postnord (Delivery to door/mailbox)

If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it is delivered to the door instead of the nearest agent. By choosing this delivery option, you agree that the package will be delivered to your door if the package does not fit in your mailbox. Please note that by choosing this shipping option, you as a customer are responsible for receiving the package. If the courier leaves the package when you are not at home, we or the courier are not responsible for any theft or loss of the package.

Budbee (Home delivery)

Home delivery in the evening between 17-22 on weekdays. Normal delivery time is 1-2 working days. If your postal code is within the selected area, Budbee will come up as a shipping option. By choosing this delivery option, you agree that the package will be delivered to your door if the package does not fit in your mailbox. Please note that by choosing this shipping option, you as a customer are responsible for receiving the package. If the courier leaves the package when you are not at home, we or the courier are not responsible for any theft or loss of the package.

Instabox

Place your order on weekdays before 12:00 and have your order sent to the selected Instabox the same day.

Repurchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You have open purchase for 14 days from when you received the products. During that time, you can return the skincare products and get your money back. Always contact GLOWiD's customer service before returning at info@glowid.com and we will send you a return slip to print out. You can return the products in the same package they came in as long as the package is intact.

For returns with Budbee, you can easily register your return yourself via the Budbee app.

1. click on the 'Book return pickup' button.

2. Pack the products safely, make sure that all products are in their original packaging and that all products are unused and unbroken. You don't need to print a shipping label, Budbee will take care of that for you.

3. book a time that suits you for collection. Choose whether you want them to pick up yourpackage at your doorstep or whether you want to leave your return directly with the driver when they arrive at your home.

4. You will then receive notifications in the app or text messages that keep you updated on your return.You can always follow the driver in real time on their tracking map.

The products must be unopened and not destroyed or damaged, including the packaging. If the products are destroyed or used, you will not get your money back. The skin and hair care products must be in their original box, which must be undamaged.

Gift with purchase. If you receive a gift with your purchase, this product must also be returned in the event of a return.

In the unlikely event that the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund of your order.

Please note that only one gift/purchase is valid.
