Fog-mist. Mist school for moisture and glow around the clock!
One of the latest trends in Korea is the so-called fog mist. The mist should be so light and finely divided that it feels like you are entering a damp fog when you spray it over your face.
What exactly is a face mist, why should you have one and how can you best use it? Here are some simple mist tips that you can use to maintain the moisture level in the skin during the day and prevent moisture loss and imbalance in sebum production.
1. Fill with moisture during the day! The average person's skin loses about 1, 1/2 cup of water per day! From the time we get up in the morning until we go to bed in the evening, the skin has time to be exposed to a lot of stress that can make our skin dehydrated, such as computers, temperature changes, sun, wind and pollutants in the air, just to name a few things.
2. Ha mist o clock! To protect the skin in the best way against this moisture loss, it is important to help it as much as possible by creating a good defense that helps us keep the skin hydrated, healthy and fresh. This is where the moisture mist comes in as part of the solution! To retain moisture in the skin, we need to moisturize several times a day and since most people have some type of basic makeup during the day, the easiest way is to use a face mist. Spray at a distance of 20 cm over make-up when you feel you need it, or set a time that is "mist o´clock". Why not start the morning with a refreshing spray (have it on the bedside table and start the day in the best way :) Then continue to lose for example at morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee, or why not on the way to after work for a little extra glow!
Use it in your make-up! In the morning, spray 1-3 times on a click foundation or bb-cream before applying, to get a more moisturizing and easy-flowing texture that easily sinks in without crackling and gives a natural glow. For an extra glowy look, spray the mist between the different steps in your skin care routine (it encapsulates the different steps in the skin and softens the skin before the next step) 3. Then finish by spraying over the entire face (as a setting spray )
Use as a toner before proceeding with essence, serum, ampoule and moisturizer!
5. Take part in the flight (the flight air can cause the most moisturized skin to crackle :)) to moisturize and prepare for the flight sheet mask :)
