NYHET! CosRx lanserar micellärvatten!

New!

The day is here when we launch "Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water" from CosRx! This is a sebum regulating, soothing and moisturizing cleansing water developed to cleanse sensitive, combination and oily skin from make-up and dirt.

It is completely free of sulfates and has a formula that is gentle on the skin and cleans without drying out. With a skin-friendly pH value, it protects the skin's acidity barrier and optimizes the skin's flora to strengthen the moisture barrier.

Content and ingredients: The micellar water contains niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and zinc PCA, which reduces and controls excess sebum production and prevents clogged pores. This combats acne and blackheads while reducing and keeping pores clear of excess sebum. Niacinamide also has a smoothing effect on age spots, evens out skin tone and improves texture.

It also contains allantoin and madecassoside to soothe sensitive, irritated skin and reduce both redness and itching, while hyaluronic acid replenishes the skin's moisture reserves and keeps the skin hydrated throughout the day.

The product is completely freefree from parabens, silicones, sulfates, drying alcohols, mineral oil and perfume. Recommended for a for combination, oily, acne-prone and sensitive skin.

How to use a micellar water?

A micellar water is one of the first steps in your skincare routine to remove make-up. Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently swipe over the entire face until all makeup and impurities are removed. This product does not need to be rinsed off but we always recommend following up with a water-based cleansing to remove all impurities from the skin.

Double cleansing - If you want to use the micellar water in a double cleansing routine, we recommend starting with the micellar water on cotton pads and wiping away the makeup until the pads look relatively clean. Then follow up with your water-based cleanser.

What is the difference between a micellar water and a toner?

A micellar water contains molecules similar to soap molecules and is therefore primarily a cleansing product. A toner, on the other hand, is a moisturizing product intended to hydrate and balance the pH of the skin in the first place.

A toner can be applied in several layers, it is not necessary to use a micellar water.

Glow hack! Why not try these multifunctional cotton "squares" from By Wishtrend? They have a finer and a more textured side depending on how much of an exfoliating effect you want. You can also soak two of these pads in your favorite toner, pull the layers apart and apply like a homemade sheet mask!
